1. General Information

The website https://cariuma-pt is managed by Despomar. These terms apply to all orders placed by the customer with DESPOMAR – Comércio Artigos Desportivos, S.A.

By using this website and/or placing an order, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Only individuals aged 16 and over may make purchases.

2. Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect prices.

3. Orders and Contract

Orders can be placed via website, phone, or WhatsApp. We will send a confirmation email after the purchase is completed.

4. Shipping

Shipping occurs within 2 to 5 business days. If it exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel.

5. Cancellation

The customer may cancel up to 14 days after receiving the order. The refund will include shipping costs, where applicable.

6. Returns

Products must be intact and with tags. Returns are the customer’s responsibility unless due to a defect or our error.

7. Payment

Payment methods are shown at checkout. The invoice will be sent via email.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. For disputes, visit https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Colors and Measurements

Colors may vary depending on the screen. Measurements are approximate.

10. Warranty

Legal warranty applies. Contact us in case of defects.

11. Assignment

We reserve the right to assign collection rights with the customer’s consent.

12. Severability

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses will remain valid.
