Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days. If, for any reason, shipping exceeds 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order and request a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust or correct shipping rates if any technical or pricing errors occur.
Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all order details. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link when applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or other situations outside our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather). We will, however, do our best to assist in tracking and resolving issues with your delivery.

Currently, we ship to Portugal and other EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for possible alternatives.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
