Exchanges

  • The exchange period is 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Exchanges are processed online +INFO
  • If the desired product is not available, we will refund the amount.

Returns (cancellation of the entire online purchase)

  • The return period is 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Returns are processed online +INFO
  • The refund amount is equal to the order amount, including shipping costs (if applicable).
  • The refund is made using the same payment method (MB Way, PayPal) or via bank transfer (IBAN) in the case of Multibanco.

General Information

  • Returned products must be in their original condition: tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility.

Detailed Information

Period: 30 days for exchanges and 14 days for returns/refunds. Items must be new and complete. The form is available on the website and must be sent by email.

Returns are only accepted for original and complete products. Incomplete, damaged, or used products will not be accepted.

The refund will be made using the same payment method. The refund may take up to 15 days after receipt.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Warranty and After-Sales Service

All products come with a conformity warranty. Repairs are carried out by the suppliers, and it is necessary to send the invoice, warranty certificate, and return form.

The warranty does not cover misuse. The manufacturer may refuse warranty claims. Repairs not accepted may incur administrative fees.

Disputes and Liabilities

Disputes are resolved in the Court of the District of Mafra. Cariuma.pt is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or indirect damages.
